About me
My journey with yoga began in 2011, when - aged 16 - my mother lovingly “dragged” me to my first class. What I thought would be a one-off turned into the beginning of a lifelong practice of returning to myself.
Over the years, my relationship with yoga has shifted and evolved - meeting me exactly where I am, exactly when I need it.
What do I teach?
In 2016, I completed my first teacher training in Hatha/Sivananda yoga. My intention was not to teach, but to deepen my own understanding. Still, a quiet voice in the back of my mind kept replaying my teacher’s words: “Not all will teach, but you must”.
Since then, my love of learning has taken me through countless hours of training in Hot Yoga (Bikram Method), Yin, Rocket, and Mandala. Today, teaching is not just my career - it is my passion and my life’s work.
I guide my students with playfulness and curiosity, creating space for them to explore both movement and stillness. My hope is that, even if only for a fleeting moment, you feel that sense of presence. A tiny glimmer is all you need to begin.
On this small rectangle of rubber, we come home to ourselves. I’m deeply grateful to share this practice with you.
