  • The Setting

Evia Silence is a retreat centre designed for deep rest and rejuvenation. With its tranquil seaside location, dedicated yoga shala, it provides an ideal setting to step away from your busy life and into something grounding.

The schedule is likely to change depending on your individual and group needs — nothing is compulsory.

Example Schedule

7:30 am – Morning Tea & Nibble
Wake up with a cup of herbal tea or filter coffee and a bite of fresh fruit. Allow the quiet to become your first practice of presence.

8:00 am – Morning Sadhana (Asana, Pranayama, Meditation)
A playful, flowing practice designed to awaken the body and connect you to the heart of your sadhana — discipline as devotion. Expect mindful movement and moments of stillness.

9:30 am – Breakfast Buffet
A spread of fresh fruits, local produce, yogurt, honey, breads, and Greek coffee.

Late Morning – Time for Self-Discovery
A window for journaling, rest, or reflection by the sea. If you want something more active there are hikes, waterfalls, boat trips and winery tours that can be organised.

1:00 pm – Lunch
A light lunch of sandwiches, cake and fresh fruit.

Afternoon – Integration & Stillness
Free time to swim, nap, read, or explore. The afternoons are designed for restoration — where insight has room to settle and the body can rest.

5:30 pm – Evening Sadhana: Yin, Meditation & Reflection
An introspective session to release, soften, and integrate the day. Gentle yin shapes, longer holds, and breath awareness guide you inward.
Closing with meditation, mantra, or reflective journaling to deepen the inner connection.

7:00 pm – Dinner
A fesdt shared as the sun sets — time to ground, laugh, and be.

Evening
The evenings are left open and will be filled naturally by the individual and the group.
